All I can say is WOW! Nowadays it is hit and miss on finding a good, reliable, and honest plumber who checks all the right boxes and at a reasonable price. EUREKA - we finally found our forever plumber, Justin, at Western Ranch Plumbing. Justin replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas water heater and did an amazing job. We are very happy customers and have instant hot water now! Justin is a great communicator, highly skilled and knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy, reliable, clean, and respectful of our home. He even went above and beyond to help with a kitchen sink issue, which was much appreciated. Justin will be our forever plumber and we will highly recommend him and his company to our family and friends. Look no further, trust all the good reviews. We certainly did and couldn't be happier!

When my water heater broke and flooded my garage, I was completely overwhelmed and stressed out. Thankfully, I was referred to Western Ranch Plumbing, Heating and Air, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Their team (Brent & Justin) responded quickly, showed up on time, and immediately got to work. They were not only professional and efficient but also kind and reassuring during such a stressful situation. Awesome experience working with Western Ranch. When our hot water was out, he was able to figure out the problem in roughly 30 minutes after 3 plumbers from our home warranty kept feeding us BS. Definitely recommend them for anything plumbing, heating, and air. I know they will take care of you!

Fast and Reliable Service Apr 21, 2026

We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that started dripping through the ceiling into the room below, so it was pretty stressful. Western Ranch Heating Plumbing and Air came out quickly and took care of it right away. Brent is always great to work with—super friendly and easy to communicate with. Fabian handled the repair and did an awesome job. Everything was fixed properly and they made the whole process way less overwhelming. Really appreciate how fast and reliable they were. I’d definitely recommend them.

They Were Our Saviors Apr 17, 2026

We have a hundred-year-old house and had a significant problem with our sewer main line, and these guys were our saviors. We knew it was going to be really expensive to fix, and it was (but only because it was so much work—their prices were totally fair), but what we were most unsure about is whether the fix would be permanent. They totally stood by their work. Something came up about two months after the first repair, and they were here quickly and took care of it and included it under warranty. They also recommended that we replace a very old toilet with a brand that they said "was like the Honda of toilets." Not crazy expensive and totally reliable. On my own I would have had no idea what brand toilet to buy, and I'm really glad we decided to replace it with something reliable. More than that, over the course of the whole project we ended up interacting with about five of their people, and I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening and felt comfortable. When they put a camera down into the pipes, I got to see the screen, and they walked me through each problem so I really understood what I was agreeing to. It gave me a lot of peace of mind, especially since it was such a big project. Brent and Justin were especially helpful, but really everyone we interacted with was great. It's so hard to trust an unfamiliar company, but they were consistently kind, helpful, courteous, and trustworthy. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
