We have a hundred-year-old house and had a significant problem with our sewer main line, and these guys were our saviors. We knew it was going to be really expensive to fix, and it was (but only because it was so much work—their prices were totally fair), but what we were most unsure about is whether the fix would be permanent. They totally stood by their work. Something came up about two months after the first repair, and they were here quickly and took care of it and included it under warranty. They also recommended that we replace a very old toilet with a brand that they said "was like the Honda of toilets." Not crazy expensive and totally reliable. On my own I would have had no idea what brand toilet to buy, and I'm really glad we decided to replace it with something reliable. More than that, over the course of the whole project we ended up interacting with about five of their people, and I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening and felt comfortable. When they put a camera down into the pipes, I got to see the screen, and they walked me through each problem so I really understood what I was agreeing to. It gave me a lot of peace of mind, especially since it was such a big project. Brent and Justin were especially helpful, but really everyone we interacted with was great. It's so hard to trust an unfamiliar company, but they were consistently kind, helpful, courteous, and trustworthy. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I’ve dealt with 3 other plumbing companies with other issues, but these guys are now my guys!!! I reached out to Western Ranch, talked to Justin over the phone, and explained what was wrong with my shower: constant dripping, and only warm and hot water—no cold. He was out early the next morning, our shower was fixed in 2 hours, and the price was very reasonable, unlike all the other plumbing companies!!! You can’t beat these guys!!!

All I can say is WOW! Nowadays it is hit and miss on finding a good, reliable, and honest plumber who checks all the right boxes and at a reasonable price. EUREKA - we finally found our forever plumber, Justin, at Western Ranch Plumbing. Justin replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas water heater and did an amazing job. We are very happy customers and have instant hot water now! Justin is a great communicator, highly skilled and knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy, reliable, clean, and respectful of our home. He even went above and beyond to help with a kitchen sink issue, which was much appreciated. I recently hired Western Ranch Plumbing, Heating and Air to repair two breaks in the main drain line of my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. One repair required jackhammering through the foundation in a spare bedroom, while the other involved digging a hole in the front yard to reach a damaged section of pipe. Both jobs were completed efficiently, carefully, and with outstanding professionalism. Brent, Justin, and Xavier were terrific throughout the entire process — on time, courteous, and very respectful of my home and property. They explained every step clearly, worked hard to minimize disruption, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished. The foundation area was neatly repaired, and the yard was left in great condition considering the amount of digging required. It’s rare to find a team that combines technical expertise, integrity, and great communication, but Western Ranch Plumbing, Heating and Air truly delivers. I would gladly hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, high-quality plumbing work done right.

The only toilet I have in my condo wasn’t flushing. Another plumbing company came to fix it but they wanted to replace my Swiss Madison. I called W.P. and Brent was able to come that same day. We had an obstruction somewhere in the kitchen air gap going into the garbage disposal creating a leak when the dishwasher would be running. We needed this fixed right away and Brent came to the rescue. He quickly identified the issue and fixed the sink seal efficiently. Phenomenal company! I contacted them on a weekend to get a quote for some work I needed. They responded almost immediately on a weekend! I received a quote and scheduled the service. They came down to do the work and started digging to access the area, and while they were doing the work they advised that some of the work I wanted had already been done and again later advised there was additional work I wanted that had also been done, saving me thousands of dollars. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them. They are the most ethical, honest company I have come across in a long time.
